Entrustable professional activities (EPAs) are the ones tasks that a doctor is capable of doing without direct supervision in a precise environment. Bridging the gap between competencies and learning targets, EPAs have made assessing the shows of health professional much more realistic. The main goal of this present research had been establishing and customizing EPAs for Iranian Internal drug Residency products. After reviewing the publications, residency curricula and logbooks, and obtaining professionals’ a few ideas, the first set of EPAs was developed. Then, in a focus team, record was refined, the entrustability degree of each residency 12 months had been determined, and finally, the EPA-competency cross-tab had been set up, plus in the next phase, through a one- round Delphi, the outcomes had been validated. Twenty-eight EPAs were created.
